Data we process and why
For enquiries we receive your name, email, selected consultation, and message. We use them to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For confirmed work, we process contact, invoice, appointment, and relevant employment-document data to perform the contract. Legal accounting records are retained under Article 6(1)(c). Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted through the cookie banner, rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Do not send identity numbers, bank details, health records, or full unredacted payslips through the form. If special-category data is unexpectedly received and is not necessary, we delete it.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by contracted email, hosting, videoconference, and accounting providers only as needed. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards as required.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are deleted within six months after the last substantive contact. Consultation working copies and correspondence are normally deleted three years after the end of the calendar year in which work concluded. Invoices and records subject to German retention laws are kept for the statutory period, generally eight or ten years depending on record type.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; our lead local authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
Automated decisions and security
We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors. We use access controls, limited collection, redaction guidance, and secure service providers to reduce risk. No transmission method is completely risk-free.
