Pay classification check — €185
For one role and one applicable collective agreement. The fee includes review of up to 20 pages, a 60-minute consultation, and a two-page summary. Additional unrelated roles require a separate booking.
Job offer comparison — €225
For up to two offers, or one offer compared with current employment. The fee covers document review, a 75-minute call, an annualised comparison sheet, and employer questions.
Salary conversation preparation — €145
For a known classification or defined pay issue. This includes light pre-reading, a 50-minute session, and a one-page conversation brief.
When the scope is larger
Documents exceeding the stated limit, multiple employers, historical pay reconstruction, or an agreement not available in German or English may need a quote. We describe any additional fee before work begins. Translation, tax calculation, legal opinions, and employer representation are not offered.
Booking and payment
Send a brief enquiry first. If the service fits, we confirm the documents, appointment, and invoice details by email. Payment is by bank transfer after confirmation; this website does not process payments. The cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.
